bh local Nudge

bh localNudge is an animation workflow tool inspired by Maya's Pixel Move tool (Alt+Arrow keys) which allows you to translate controllers in screen space when doing final polish on a shot. I've often wished it could work in local space though as well as screen space, so this tool does that. It also works with rotations and allows you to make very precise adjustments to your characters pose without needing to switch between the move and rotate tools.
